I enjoy my experience with red roof inn the room was clean everything was working no complaints at all. I will be booking with them next year for family reunion again.

The beds are like just springs with piece of paper on top. Very noisy with every turn. No water pressure in the shower and doesn’t get very hot.

It was okay
Overall it was an okay stay. The restroom trash was not taken out. We had to call the front desk to have it changed. We left to eat and it was changed by the time we came back.

我通过 Trip.com 预订了一天的房间，结果到了旅馆才发现预订日期是第二天。我问 Trip.com 能否更改日期，他们说需要旅馆经理的批准。结果等了 12 个多小时，害得我和家人不得不在车里过夜。这家旅馆的经理非常狡猾和粗鲁，他不愿意更改预订，还想让我为一晚的住宿支付双倍费用。
房间里有蟑螂和蟋蟀，地板也很脏（看起来好几个月没拖过了）。
我再也不会来这家旅馆了，也不会推荐给任何人。
这家旅馆的员工和经理态度极差，会把你看得一无是处，而且他们还有很多不会提前告知的隐藏费用。
不是最好的。房间不错，看起来最近刚装修过，但里面有一些虫子。每次冲马桶时，都会发出又大又长的火车汽笛声。要求尽可能靠近的房间，但最终却被安排在了大楼的两端，而被告知它们很近。前台确实给了我们一间更靠近第一间的新房间，但已经很晚了，不得不再次提出要求，这很烦人。工作人员总体上很好。也不太喜欢与大楼我们这一侧的其他房间共用阳台，而且发现奇怪的是，一楼似乎完全空着，所有客人都必须住在二楼。没有任何装修的迹象……无论如何，我们不打算再回来了。
房间一开始看起来还行，但醒来后发现蟑螂在我身上爬！床每移动一次就会发出啪啪的声音。游泳池不见了，被混凝土填满了。不推荐！
