Nice location but the hotel needs refreshing everywhere. The kitchen is slow about the traditional dishes we wait for one hour for the traditional pie, breakfast is ready after 08:30 and still missing food. Service needs organisation.

Location is just stunning, surrounded by untouched nature. A joy to take in the unmatched views. So much potential in this Hotel, however suffers from very poor management

Disappointed overall with the stay. Very over priced. Paid €170 for 2 basic rooms for 4 people 1 night in December. Spa is not included in the price, they charge extra for it. That was the biggest disappointment, we assumed because the price to stay was so high because of the spa... We were wrong. There was nothing in the room. Nothing to drink, no coffee, or tea.. There was an empty fridge, not even a bottle of water. We were the only guest in the hotel, yet we weren't really welcomed. More like inconvenience. This hotel is very very remote, which we wanted, but we also wanted good service and value for money. We walked a little down the hill, found a little bar where we received the welcome we expected, amazing hospitality and reasonable prices. We didn't receive any of that at this hotel. Only positive is the breakfast is nice. Typical Albanian breakfast, and very tasty. I'd go back to the area but stay somewhere else. We paid €100 over what its worth.

The hotel locataed in uniqe place. the view from the hotel is breathtaking . the power of nature. edge of the world the staff is very helful and the service was good Breakfast was good. Dinner was less then medium .. rooms are big and very clean. There is elevator .
