We had a really good stay at Hotel New York Plaza Una, the staff went out of there way to ensure our stay was comfortable and well looked after. They have been friendly and helpful in any our requests during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious all amenities were there in washrooms . Washrooms were very hygiene and everything in the room was fresh. Restaurant had a variety of food available with amazing taste. It was very nice stay safe. We will look forward again for stay in this hotel.

A Horrible Experience at Hotel New York Plaza, Makkar Colony, Una, Himachal Pradesh We booked a stay at Hotel New York Plaza via Agoda from 11th to 12th October 2024, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. From the moment we stepped into the room, it was clear that hygiene was completely neglected. The room was filled with cockroaches, and there were visible stains on the bed covers, sheets, and curtains. The intercom was filthy, and the walls had cracks that added to the sense of discomfort. We were given two rooms, and both were in the same deplorable condition. The manager at the reception, instead of addressing our concerns, spun stories about how politicians stay at the property, but that did nothing to ease our frustration. By 11:15 PM, we were forced to leave the hotel due to the unbearable conditions. We moved to Hotel Parth, also located on the same road in Una, Himachal, which was an absolute contrast. Hotel Parth was clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant stay in every aspect. I strongly recommend avoiding Hotel New York Plaza at all costs. No one should have to endure such an appalling experience.

Hotel is very beautiful with very beautiful rooms.Rooms are very big in area and very comfortable for stay.Room cleanness was very good.Food was very tasty and mouthwatering we ordered dal tadka,panner lababdar, mushroom do piazza, new york spl veg I truly say that every item was just cooked fresh and was just woow.Service was quick and waiter who served us was very nice Mr.Naresh. Very hospitality staff.Some parts of hotel are under renovation but still it was overall one of my best stay.

Spacious rooms great food very kind polite staff and owners very welcoming with smile on face.very happy with my stay and good amenities.Washrooms were very big and clean but could be maintained more good rest of all things were very nice . Only this suggestion I want to give and hope they will work on it.Also try there food chicken kaali mirch

Beautiful hotel in una just 2,3 km from una railway station I really enjoyed there and my family to I am giving this review at 1:00 Am in morning rooms are very beautiful and great interior with centralised ac and good view from the rooms.Washroom is really hygienic and good amenities.Food was really very delicious and was served hot in room.I really like there new york spl veg and fish tikka in main course paneer tikka butter masala was just mouthwatering.Best hotel in una .Mr Aman was really a good person with very gentle behaviour.

Best hotel for families for stay in una hp.Rooms are very nice with very specious size and comfertable bed.Food was just lovely seems fresh and was not much oily.Staff behavior towards guest is very polite and gentle dealing in front was impressive as they didn’t take much time for checkin process. Location is very nice. Highly recommended to every one.

A great hotel in una located on main highway also near to railway station just about 2,3 km distance. Rooms are very beautiful very hygienic bed linens were neat and clean as well washroom too. Food was fabulous and fresh service was fast and prompt.Staff is very nice and supportive Mr.Raj is very nice person specially thanks to him for his great gesture and hospitality.Will recommend and will come again to stay here.

It's no Hilton or Ritz Carlton, but for its price it was the best choice we could make for our 1-night stay in Una. A family-run hotel, it gave a family feel with the owner's sons Ritid and Aditya Mehan striving to take care of our needs. Both hard-working kids, God bless. I will highly recommend this hotel in Una. I felt safe, cared for and respected during my stay at the New York Plaza Una. The facility and room itself are basic, but perfectly in line with the price-point, so absolutely no complaints.
