Staff and hotel were phenomenal, the fact that ******* overbooked and accommodations for a room with a shower for my mom who’s in a wheelchair were not available due to ******* over booking. We had no other choice to accept accommodations they had available, which left my mom unable to shower prior to her son‘s wedding

The room was very clean and smelled good! The beds were super comfy. They had makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap for you to use. The breakfast is amazing!! I will definitely be booking here again. Oh, they also have complimentary waters any time you want to grab some. :)

I had to leave this hotel due to mold sensitivity. This is an 8 year old hotel so of course it will be mold but they could clean their duct system and units in the rooms. The night girl was pleasant but flat. The day girl argued with me. The breakfast was fairly high quality.

On the first night, the hotel had NO water. They gave us a bucket, and there was a barrel of water next to the elevator to flush the toilets. I had to ask for a discount for that night, but they did reduce that night by about 30%. Other than that, everything was good.

Property is nice, clean, in great location. Don’t know if front desk attendant was just having a bad day or what but became quite rude to my wife and I. But that was a one off, I’ve never experienced that at this property before. Overall great place and will go back.
