We stayed in an ADA room. However, the shower was a converted tub and we still had to step over the tub. There were grab bars but not what was expected. I thought it was wierd that no housekeeping every day, only if you requested. This meant the trash cans were overflowing by the time we left. Breakfast was mediocre.

The pool was not open. It was all green & dirty, looked like it hadn't been used in a long time.

整个酒店都没有热水。前台当然没有在我办理入住时告知我。然而，我到房间五分钟后发现没有热水，打电话给前台，接电话的还是之前给我办理入住的那个人，他告诉我没有热水，并且说第二天会有人来修！我预订的是特大床房，结果房间里却是两张双人床。我问起这件事，他们说是因为房间供应问题。前台那人竟然说我被安排到其他房间是因为我不是直接通过万豪预订的！我要退款！
对于商务旅客而言，这里是理想的下榻之所。房间干净整洁，设施齐全，令人满意。强烈推荐给其他人。
糟糕的酒店
这是一次糟糕的酒店体验。这家酒店除了一点之外，没有任何可取之处。前台工作人员非常友善，却试图维护他们的声誉。他们根本做不到。万豪的名字出现在这家酒店门前，应该会很尴尬。同价位有很多更好的选择。我几乎总是住在万豪酒店，但在这个价位，这家酒店可能会改变我的选择。
实际经理的客户服务根本达不到标准。我们被错误收费了，但她却没有采取任何措施，我们不得不等银行来修复。
这家酒店唯一的好处是它是新建的。
