The hotel is one of the worst I have visited ....full of 🪳 mosquitos no shampoo no water and atmosphere is also very baad main thing rates are not worthy

No trouble. Room was clean, staff didn't do unnecessary trouble. Only the steps are little high for some people but it is nothing to worry about.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

Well maintained hotel, great staff and service. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. Hotel is situated near by CST railway Station. There is famous Manish market. nearby, Good place the stay was superb. Gonna recommend my friends.

Room is good..linens are not so clean..toilet sheet not working properly no lift so you have to climb in narrow staircase..we stayed in 4th floor..not suitable for elderly people and people who have ache problems.. if you have train from CST then its a accommodation for you.only 1 km from the hotel.. Taxi charges 50 to 100 rupees..five minutes by taxi 15 minutes by walk.

3. Staff opened someone elses room for us when we arrived at 2. 30 am i slept with a fear thst they can open mine too. 4. They were aggressively ringing bell in the lobby disturbing everyone
5. Staff was singing song at 8 am in the morning. Very disturbing. Washroom wasnt clean. I have given my review give me disc first

Stayed here for one night while going to Goa. Would not do that again. Rooms were dirty. Roaches on the floor. Hair on the pillows. Staff is not very welcoming. They do the minimum. At 20:30 our door was knocked and four youngsters asked for money on hindi. It was for the water bottles, but why suddenly and with a crowd, for 60rupees. It’s not very nice and they knew we are foreigners, so maybe sent a person who speaks english. Can’t these kind of things be taken care of in the reception? Sounds from the streets are very loud, but the most weirdest thing was the staff or those boys or whoever made a hugh noise until 3am. I dont know what was going on. Also i dont know did someone so something weird, or what was the sound that came from our ceiling, but at one point I was sure that there are just rats running somewhere inside the building. Did not see any though 😃 All and all, if you need a hotel for one night and don’t mind sleeping in a dirty room, and wanna be near the train station, this might be ok. But not for anything more, don’t book this hotel for vacation in Mumbai. Price/quality ratio dont’t add up. They ask you to check the room first, thats a plus. But what can you say, if you’ve already booked it 😀

非常糟糕的体验。房间极其脏乱，还有虫子，让人感觉非常不舒服，无法接受。这里让人感觉不到安全或放松。唯一的优点是地理位置优越，周边环境也不错，但这不足以让我推荐这家酒店。
