I stayed at Derand Hotel in Prishtina in March and loved it so much that I came back again this October. It’s truly one of the best hotels — perfect location, very clean, and with the kindest, most helpful people. The hospitality is outstanding. The manager Herolind and staff Eda, Rean, and Valjeta always make you feel at home, and Valbona from the cleaning team keeps everything spotless and welcoming. Whenever we visit Kosovë and spend time in the city, this is always where I stay. I’m even having my daughter stay here when she visits — that’s how much I trust and love this place. Highly recommend!

They promised a included breakfast when I booked, but when we arrived they said they no longer serve breakfast. They refunded 15€ and we were supposed to have 3 breakfasts for 4 peole during our stay. To me this sounds ridiculous.

我们花了450欧元住了一晚（18楼），结果却是一场噩梦。四个人住，却只有一张床。沙发床没有床单——前台让我们“去衣柜里找”。结果只找到几个没盖的枕头和一条毯子，我们只好自己铺床。地毯是湿的，浴室门坏了，到处都是飞蛾……晚上我醒来时发现一只蟑螂爬在我身上。真是太恶心了！工作人员态度恶劣，而且什么解决方案都没提供。在我看来，这根本达不到五星级酒店的标准。千万别来——你会后悔预订这家酒店的。
这是我这辈子住过的最差的酒店之一。（过去20年我经常出差，足迹遍布世界各地）——早餐差劲透顶，连咖啡都要收费——服务糟糕透顶，基本上没有服务——空调也坏了——洗手间是玻璃门，一点隐私都没有🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️——没有客房服务——房间里根本没法工作，桌子底下连腿都伸不开——总之，简直是一场灾难
酒店有友好的工作人员！乍一看一切都很棒。在某些情况下，并非所有区域都已完成。清洁度可以更好。

Property was fantastic. Rooftop is a plus!
