The bed did feel stiff. The restroom light consistently flickered. The AC system was out of date and not working, we assumed to give the heater a try but was overly uncomfortably hot. Check in is at 3, and when I called over the phone about early check in the man at the front desk was rude (was an asian man/ the latino man was friendly when we did the key drop off)

Tv didn’t work, and they did not give me back my deposit after they said they did. Really it’s the first time I’ve had any issues with this place.

So many things to say. The beds looked clean, I did check for bugs and there were none so there was that on their side but there was sand or dirt in the beds. The beds were spring so very uncomfortable. The toilet worked but you had to rig the plug in the tank so it'd fill up. The cable tv didn't work. The light outside the window was so bright it kept my kids awake. The noise was awful too! If anyone talked outside, you could hear the full convo. The traffic noise was just as bad. I had to put sleep music on my phone at full volume to drown out the noises so my kids would sleep. Then worst of all when I went to check out at 730 am the office was closed until 8. I've only seen that in small towns not cities! I ran an errand and came back to check out. It was 820 by then and no one was still there. No one showed until 840. The staff was mean and rude to me. Like it was my fault he had to be there.
The room was on a centralized ac/heat unit so it was hot while we slept. Only thing going for thus place is location. You could walk 30 minutes to Walmart if you needed to.

Worst hotel I've ever been to!!!
I paid through ********** and when I went to the hotel to check in and they wouldn't let me check in. The guy at the desk was rude and disrespectful. I've never been to a hotel where they are so unprofessional.

Night one air condition was out I complained at 2 am said it would be fixed next day it was not I was given a fan for some comfort both nights very little sleep due to no air conditioning asked for some refund but was told had to check with owner big dead spider behind night stand head board dusty bathroom base edging coming off sink handle very hard to operate walls in bathroom were dirty and dried snott

My stay at this hotel was unacceptable. The room was dirty, I found a cockroach in the shower, the mattress was broken, and the curtains did not close properly. There was no functioning air conditioning, so I spent the night in unbearable heat.
Despite charging guests $58.00 in advance for damages,
This was a terrible which is returned in the morning, yet the room itself was in poor condition: blankets had cigarette burns, the room smelled unpleasant, and overall it was poorly maintained. experience, and I strongly believe this hotel does not meet the quality standards ******* customers de expect.

There were dead bugs in the room. The trash hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. You get what you pay for, and at least I had some OneKey cash to cover this low quality motel.

Compassion without guestioning.
Ower was pleasant eugh seemed to be able to read my needs and concerns without asking bunch of questions. He observed that I was aloe, perhaps a bit anxious. He observed that I was local and in need of a safe place to spend the night. He explained that he was upgrading and it felt like he cared about the comfort of his customers

This place was infested with cockroaches and now I fear they may be in our luggage and we will probably end up taking them with us home we would like to be refunded buy ******* for the fee for our room as well as any future exterminator fees we may occur from our stay at Apple inn booked through *******.
