酒店比较新,位置很方便,特别是对于火车出行的人,去车站零距离,我们离开酒店订的是当天早上八点的火车,所以特地选了这家。酒店出门斜对面是家大型商场,里面还有家乐福大型超市,购物非常方便。只是周日全都休息不营业,我们忘了这一茬,老城玩好回来想在商场吃顿晚饭,扑了个空,周日不营业这对于我们国人来说非常不习惯。酒店前台非常友好,帮我们办理入住的小姑娘友善耐心,非常感谢她。酒店门口多条公交路线,去哪儿都很方便。不足的是,我们住了两天,第二天傍晚回来房间没有清扫,后来看到其他客户评论,可能是按了免打扰的指示灯,但我们没有按过,也没看到哪个按键有相关提示。入住的时候餐巾纸盒里只有几张纸巾,可能是服务员漏了添加,还好我们自己带了,也不想多费口舌,第一天台盆的下水有点堵塞,傍晚的时候听到通下水道的声音,反正后来通了
入住后才会来铺床,差点搞错以为没有沙发床,后来还问了携程。酒店位置非常好离里昂火车站和地铁站等都很近

铂尔曼酒店地理位置好,乘火车前往里昂周边地区,交通十分便利,酒店对面就是大型商超Westfild,家乐福、快餐厅、商店应有尽有。酒店房间宽敞,干湿分离,整洁卫生,设施齐全,尤其前台笑脸相迎,非常友善;向前台男忙工作人员咨询小众景点,热心帮忙上网查询前往路线;房间灯控新颖,头晚不知所措,次日询问他即亲自上楼示范,令人有宾至如归之感。感谢铂尔曼赋予的良好体验。
大约提前三个月预订,并且作为猫途鹰(TripAdvisor)的钻石会员,我找到了一个包含早餐的超值价格。
然而,当我们抵达时,被告知预订时的优惠信息有误,但他们仍然决定为我们提供早餐。办理入住手续有点特别,我们当时尝试联系猫途鹰解决早餐的问题,但未能成功。于是我们在聊天中留下了消息,但人工智能只给出了一个通用回复。因此,我们告诉前台接待人员,或许他们应该直接通过自己的渠道联系猫途鹰会更好。
除此之外,这次入住非常棒,从各个方面来看都很完美。
酒店地理位置优越,靠近Westfield购物中心,乘坐地铁或公交车出行都非常方便。目前主干道正在施工,我们选择将车停在Rue de Bonnel街,通过Zenpark停车,价格更具吸引力。
早餐非常棒,品质上乘,选择丰富,从咸味到甜味应有尽有。我们在酒店的两天早餐内容都一样(我原本期待能吃到里昂特色甜点杏仁糖挞,但其他甜点也很好地弥补了这一遗憾)。
房间里唯一让我觉得不方便的是马桶和淋浴是分开的。我觉得法国很多酒店如果能将卫生间设计成一体式,应该可以省下不少钱:至少他们就不必在每个房间里装两扇门,考虑到每家酒店的房间数量,这笔节省的费用可不少。但这只是我个人的看法。
提供的洗浴用品非常好,香味宜人。
从大教堂可以看到整个里昂,铂尔曼酒店是少数几个从远处就能清晰辨认出来的建筑之一。我们对一切都很满意。
酒店就在新火车站旁边,斜对面是个大商场,里面还有家乐福,我们觉得很方便也很安全,唯一可惜的是,走的那天机场快线部分停运,然后我们花了机场快线的钱换车坐了一个多小时到的机场,但这不怪酒店,总体上很推荐,性价比高。酒店一楼的小食也不错。
位置很好我们从火车站出来拉着行李走几百米就到了。这个环境也很满意。干净安静。附近的交通也很便利。地铁和公交车出去很方便。
管理有问题,前台和房屋不联系不上,说15点可以入住,等到16:20才住上,住2晚,第二天没人搞卫生,打电话要房间的免费水,送来了收费的水,没要,退房时还要收取5元送水费,没要水也要支付跑腿费,有些离谱
