Due to building regulations, we preserved many original features to maintain the property's historic charm. One of these features is the primary windows, though we installed double glazing to accommodate the increased city noise compared to the 1900s.We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the busy location of the apartments. Had you raised your concerns with our staff during your stay, they would have addressed the issues or offered alternative accommodations, such as a room in our sister hotel, the Tower Suites. 非常舒服的居住体验，地理位置很好，地铁站就在隔壁。前台的工作人员Aroona态度非常友善，处理事情的效率很高。
外观是栋英式老建筑，看起来有点旧，甚至有点吓人，但内部应该翻新过了，看起来还不错，也挺干净。房间里有两个卫生间，一个是淋浴间，一个是马桶间。淋浴间非常小和狭窄。早餐是袋装的水果和面包。总的来说，只能说差强人意吧。
千万别住这里。没有空调，酒店内部又丑又脏——房间和酒店整体跟照片完全不符。他们也不提供早餐。顶多算个三星级酒店，太让人失望了。
这是一家很棒的酒店，地理位置优越，员工非常非常友好、乐于助人且彬彬有礼。我非常感谢每一位员工，他们把酒店管理得非常好。非常感谢，我们住得很愉快，非常舒适。我肯定会再来的，也强烈推荐这个地方。
Blue Orchid 一直都是很有性价比的公寓品牌 我也住过好几家 这次定的一室一厅空间倒有些局促 特别是卫生间 太mini了 这个有点出乎意料 住了三天也几乎没有打扫(隔壁的tower suite是有清扫服务的) 体验是不如之前两次好
房间隔音不好，楼下的地铁经过房间都在震动。 附近很多酒店，完全没必要选择这个。 酒店门口没有taxi停车位置，上下车搬运行李非常不方便。 这个酒店一点性价比没有，酒店没有大堂。
24小时前台很热情，房间干净整洁，电暖气很好用，可以根据自己的体感自由控制温度，淋浴热水充足，公寓位置不错，距离地铁站不远。厨房要是能有一把切菜刀就完美了。还有就是如果睡眠不好慎选这家酒店，地铁通过时噪音明显，甚至能感觉到震动。
入住酒店的时候比较晚 订的一个很大的房间但是到了之后说没有房间了临时给我们了一个很小很小的酒店房间也很小很破
