Our overnight stay at the hotel was, ok. The hospitality was fantastic — the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, and the surrounding scenery and views are absolutely lovely, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The food was outstanding and truly second to none. The hotel offers lots of activities which we cannot comment on as we didn’t use. Unfortunately, the only thing that let this property down was the cleanliness inside the lodge. The pillows were in an unacceptable condition and visibly unhygienic (as shown in the attached photos). In addition, the light switches were odirty. I actually cleaned them myself and took before-and-after photos, which clearly show how much grime had built up. This was disappointing, especially given how high the standards are in every other area. This cleanliness issue was the only negative during our stay. With more attention to basic hygiene and housekeeping details, this place would be exceptional. I would still recommend Trevo Rock Valley Lodges for its hospitality, food, stunning views, and beautiful surroundings — but hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it’s the one thing holding an otherwise fantastic experience back.

I would like thanks the entire staff including the technical team of Treebo to make our stay pleasant and comfortable, special thanks to Shri Vishwanath ji, Ms. Shabnam and Roy ji from the local team who were really polite and helpful and they made sure all our needs and request were addressed promptly and on time. I would definitely recommend the property for family stay and vacation. This is the best place to go with. We are very very happy with the stay, experience and the activities offered to our family members during our stay. We will visit again. ☺️

My husband and I were looking for a peaceful staycation spot in Goa where we could enjoy nature, and a friend recommended Treebo Rock Valley to us—so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. A kind gentleman, Padmanath, helped us with our bags, and we were offered a refreshing hibiscus drink as we checked in. We stayed in one of their 18 individual cottages nestled in the jungle. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and offered just the right amount of privacy we were looking for. Being surrounded by greenery really set the tone for a calm and quiet getaway. Padmanath who helped us with our bags stood out to us right away—not only because he was attentive and friendly, but because of how humble and genuine he was. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us and made sure we were comfortable. His kindness left a real impression on us. In general, all of the assisting staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Their care and quiet attentiveness made the entire experience feel relaxed and welcoming, and it definitely added to our enjoyment. That same day, the staff kindly arranged a private tour of their spice farm just for the two of us—even though it wasn’t the usual time for tours. Sheetal, who guided us, was friendly and informative. It ended up being a really lovely walk through nature, and we appreciated the personal attention. As vegetarians, we ordered à la carte for our meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The food was fresh and flavourful. Since I’m sensitive to spicy food, we asked them to tone it down a bit, and they were happy to accommodate. Breakfast, which was included, was also quite filling—bread with bhaji, pouris with potato, jam and tea, and bananas. Simple, but satisfying. We also requested to go kayaking early in the morning, and they arranged that for us without any trouble. A cheerful young staff member, Karan, accompanied us, let us take our time, and it was a peaceful, refreshing start to the day. Later, we visited the infinity pool around 11am, which turned out to be the perfect time. It was quiet, had a beautiful view, and gave us a nice moment of relaxation. Overall, our stay at Treebo Rock Valley was just what we needed. Since we enjoy nature, being surrounded by the jungle and the calm atmosphere made it a perfect escape. While there are other activities available, we mainly enjoyed the kayaking and the spice walk, as we were more in the mood to unwind. We are feeling happy, refreshed, and very grateful for the experience. We’d definitely recommend it to any friends looking for a peaceful, nature-filled place to relax—especially if you’re staying local.

I have been there in the property twice, excellent food with great hospitality, the best part is they do serve best food, the room are very big, staff is very cooperative, on 2nd day we have requested for room change which was done, definitely recommend this property to everyone, whoever likes nature.

Ambience is good. But food they served was very low quality.they had arranged 31st party. They had charged 500 per head but very low quality of food given and served after 11 pm. Even they don't have Goan food. Breakfast repeated by only Goan raas paav. They have improved food quality. Charges for activity also very much higher.

I recently stayed at a Rock Valley Goa, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! From the amazing food to the incredible hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. A big shoutout to Mr. Manjeet, the Restaurant Manager, for his kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. The early morning trek offered by the hotel was a beautiful experience, surrounded by nature's beauty. Our guide, Mr. Dinesh, was not only knowledgeable but also polite, making the experience truly memorable. I’m also grateful to Ms. Shabnam for accommodating our late checkout request – it was a much-appreciated gesture. Mr. Anil, the bell boy, was very helpful and made sure our luggage was taken to the room with care. Every staff member we encountered, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant, was incredibly helpful and soft-spoken. Thank you, a Rock Valley Goa, for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again soon!

房间本身没什么可抱怨的，除了高级房的浴室完全不能用（马桶盖松动，淋浴按钮和喷头都坏了）。除此之外，餐厅的饭菜非常美味。
活动项目比较基础，而且价格偏高。我们想乘船游览河流，但需要10人以上团体，所以我们没能参加。
有一些可以观赏野生动物的小泳池，但水温很低，需要适应。
尽管如此，这里仍然是一个完美的世外桃源。可惜的是，其他酒店客人似乎忘记了自己并非孤身一人，但这就是印度——人人自扫门前雪。
就住宿价格而言，这趟旅行绝对物有所值。
