When I arrived, I was met promptly by Madeline and her associate. I had accidentally double-booked my room, and they helped me resolve the issue. When I asked about transportation, they were happy to walk me through the options in the area. Upon booking, I needed to stow my luggage, and they accommodated me pleasantly. The staff in this hotel were all friendly and accommodating. The room was modern, clean and had everything I needed. Special thanks to Madeline, who assisted me promptly, was friendly and no doubt to pride in her job. I wish her success and for her kindness to be returned. It was a lovely stay!

Stayed for a week on business. Staff were very pleseant, room was the cleanest I have seen, great storage for clothing, nice TV, hallways were quiet, and a nice breakfast. Would stay again, no brainer.

Very clean room. Great breakfast buffet. I really liked the take out bags. My wife didn’t want to go to the buffet so I was able to bring her food in the takeout bag.
I asked for an hour extra for check out and was granted

When we visit our family in St. Thomas, this is our go to hotel. It is well maintained with pool and hot tub. It has a convenient location close to the cities main street, dining, museims and shopping

这是一家非常干净的酒店，管理专业，床单洁白簇新，床和枕头都很棒。停车位充足。服务非常好，尤其是早餐服务员。毛巾很多，酒店房间里所有你需要的东西一应俱全。唯一缺的就是我妻子。我住过30多个国家的酒店（有好有坏），这家是最好的之一。没有使用游泳池或热水浴缸。凌晨一点制冰机的声音有点吵。很希望能再次入住这里。
通常出差到圣托马斯时都会选择这家酒店。房间干净整洁，住着很舒服。强烈推荐！
