After a long drive from Bombay, the warmth wit which we were received and the whole check-in was conducted was very comforting. All the people manning the reception were very helpful and ensured our requests were dealt with at the earliest. Ample safe parking for cars is a major benefit. Right from the onset - from making our reservations till our checkout, Dhananjay, Ravi, Avinash & Yashwant were very professional and understanding. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and stocked. They were really much better than we had expected. The Seven Flavours restaurant serves very good food to suit specific needs. The Upvas & Jain food offerings were very tasty. Mr. Jagat Singh Negi ensures that you are served as per your expectations. Being a 10-15 min walk from the Trimbakeshwar Temple complex, makes it a very convenient stay for any with the temple in their plans. A couple of other temple are within close proximity. Internet access is not very good - plan accordingly. We were informed this was due to the telecom service providers not being upto the mark in the area.

This is the third time we stayed in this hotel but the quality has deteriorated significantly. For the amount they have charged there service and declined tremendously. There is no wifi in the hotel with a very poor network, quite surprising for a hotel which charged 6k per night. Beside that the tea packs were missing, only kettle was there, called room service but no response. Wall plasters coming out. TV channels very limited and of no use. Kitchen not working properly, some maintenance going on. Bill to be paid upfront and not settled at the checkout. Toiletries missing. Dental kit and shampoo was there though, but body wash, lotion, etc not there.

Room was in bad condition. Hotel staff not cooperative. Started to make noise of drilling at 12 mid night. No room service. Restaurant closes at 9.30 pm. All in all a horrible experience

Overall stay was average, this is the second time we stayed in this property. However, this time we noticed that a few things definitely need attention. Bedsheet and Quilt are torn and room walls damped. Pillows have stains and need to be replaced. The food was good, but as the restaurant was closed for a day, we had to arrange it from outside.

Overall experience was good. Nice cozy rooms but not so big. Pure Veg restaurant. Swimming pool was the highlight, with slides and kids play rain dance. Very near to triambakeshwar Temple. Had a pleasant time with family.

The rooms are nowhere near the standard expected for 9K per night. The service is extremely poor—even basic amenities like tea or coffee aren’t provided. The bedding is no better than what you’d find in a standard OYO. The only saving grace is the view. You have to call 3–4 times just to get a response from reception. The pricing is like a 5-star, but the facilities are barely 1-star. One of the main reasons I booked was for the pool, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a month—the water was green and completely unusable. This place is a total rip-off.
我在这里的入住体验一点也不好,这家酒店连基本的设施都没有。在社交媒体时代,房间里连玻璃都没有。住在这里感觉好像我们完全与社会隔绝了。在这里吃饭意味着浪费时间和金钱。
