非常好的一次体验,酒店超级漂亮,价格实惠,服务也很周到,早餐丰富多样,各种地方的美食。值得来体验一次
酒店员工非常专业和友善,特别要提一下我们的GEM(客户体验经理)Ahsan,他总能在你开口之前就想到你的需求。其他员工也总是笑脸相迎。食物不错,但选择不多。我个人很喜欢披萨和早午餐。毫无疑问,我一定会再来的。
非常不错,岛上人之间友好。
管家Sue服务很好,机场找柜台工作人员带路到码头,再搭乘快艇大概半小时可以到岛上,海景水屋面积很大,岛上餐厅也不错
先说好的地方:
1. 整体环境很好,虽然植被和海洋生物有些少,但不影响玻璃海的美,不论天气如何,都能看到不同层次的蓝。
2. 设施很新,不论是房间还是公共区域,都很整洁干净,尤其餐厅,开放式厨房,用餐时也没见到过一只苍蝇。
3. 可以免费快艇跳岛去Saii,hardrock和crossroads,其他岛上消费可以直接刷信用卡
拉垮的地方就是服务了,特别声明下,这里特指酒店配的管家,扣分都在管家身上(名字叫Ismail)。
原定2/2钓鱼的活动,他说凑不齐人数可能要取消,结果当天临近出行时间了也没给我们反馈,于是我们自己去了Zone询问那边的负责人,才被告知2/2不会有钓鱼活动了,2/3可以安排。这些信息都是我们自己在问,请问要管家有什么用呢?2/3出行前,在码头见到了管家,还跟我们调侃:no fish,no dinner”,我们自己钓上来的鱼是可以付费请餐厅加工的。此处说明下,这个钓鱼活动150美元/人,每加工一条鱼25美元,价格我们都没有问题,然后也非常幸运钓到了一条东星斑。结果要准备带回酒店加工时,被告知当天的晚餐来不及做,只能用于第二天的午餐或晚餐,可是第二天一早我们就要出发去机场了。这个信息酒店在钓鱼活动介绍里根本没说,而作为管家,他从来没有告诉过我们有这个规则,尤其是在他明知道我们第二天一早就要离开的前提下,为什么连一句提醒也没有?!甚至还在我们出行钓鱼前跟我们调侃“钓不到鱼晚餐就没了“。
作为管家,难道不是应该知道这些规则么?什么事情都是我们反馈了,他去“checking” 然后告诉我们解决不了,甚至当我们离开的这天,还给我们发第二天的活动介绍,有没有用心关心客人的行程?
当然酒店也有不错的服务生,接送机的船员们都很专业热心(送我们去酒店的船员看到海豚,还特地让我们出去看),还有餐厅的一位卷发服务生,很有 心,记得我老公前一天没吃到面,第二天特地让厨房做了2碗送来,然后晚餐还给我们打了对折。
希望酒店能够明确一些活动的规则,对于管家这么重要的服务人员需要加强培训,也希望携程平台反馈给酒店。
我在携程APP上看了几个月的酒店,最终选定了SO!这是我们第一次来马尔代夫,酒店员工把一切都安排得妥妥当当。
出发前,酒店员工就通过邮件联系我们,告知了交通详情。
我们抵达维拉纳国际机场后,SO的员工已经在等候。快艇接送途中海景美不胜收!我们非常享受沿途的风光,15分钟就抵达了岛屿。
第一个晚上,酒店为我们准备了美味的甜点、水果和香槟。在宽敞的水上别墅里喝着香槟,真让我想起浪漫的电影场景。伴着海浪的轻柔声音,我们睡了个好觉。
第二天早上,以及之后在岛上的每一天,我们都在The Citronella Club尝试了不同的美食。服务员耐心友善,总能及时满足我们的需求。
不仅每个房间的私人泳池水质清澈,公共泳池也干净舒适。即使下雨,我每天也会去游泳。
我们这次度假唯一的遗憾就是天气不好。由于不了解当地气候,我们是在雨季来的,几乎每天都下雨!有一天风特别大,我的新无人机竟然被吹进了海里。我非常伤心,在沙滩上哭了起来。我们的管家Khim主动帮忙,请安保人员去寻找。虽然最终没能找到我的设备,但我非常感谢他们的帮助。这是我多年海外旅行以来,体验过最好的酒店服务!
在我们旅程的最后一天,一整天都在下暴风雨。我告诉管家,我担心在这样的天气里坐船会晕。她安慰我,并让一名员工送来了晕船药。员工立刻送来,并告诉我们如何服用。他们还帮我们搬运行李,我们完全不用操心。晕船药很有效,整个行程我们都感觉很舒服。
乘坐快艇抵达机场后,一名员工帮我们拿行李,并一路陪同我们到值机柜台。我从未想过酒店服务能如此细致!我们完全不用费心查看行程安排,只需放松享受就行!
我们期待天气好的时候再来。感谢SO/马尔代夫,在这里我留下了许多甜蜜的回忆!
酒店估计是新装修的,所以整体感觉不错。
完美!!!管家阿赫桑(Ahsan)最棒了。他非常亲切友善。所有员工都很友善,设施也很出色。我真的希望明年假期还能再来。退房后,他们对机场接送、机场手续、行李搬运和临别问候的悉心安排让我非常感动。

很棒的新酒店!设计很时尚,也很干净。有时候能在我别墅附近看到蝠鲼。最好选择海景房而不是泻湖房,因为泻湖房面向马累,晚上灯光很亮。
