We stayed at The Shire Hobbiton during June 2025 for 3 nights and I want to share my experience with you. 1. Location - Excellent location. Outside the village but close enough to everything. Everything around is green, amazing view, quiet. 2. Room - The rooms are of a very high standard. Clean. Maintained. Spacious. Shower and toilet in the room. Hot water. Strong WiFi. Privacy. 3. Service - The level of service and hospitality we received from the owners of the place was above all expectations. They responded to our every request and question. Very polite. Very pleasant conversationalists. We got to talk to Shanil (the owner) quite a bit, he is a very interesting and intelligent person who very quickly became a friend. I have no doubt that we will return there and I highly recommend staying with them.
