The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was very nice. The full-size kitchen and washer and dryer were extremely helpful. My only concern was that the air conditioner was only in one room. This made it hard to control the temperature in the bedrooms.

Disaster
What a disaster. First room as totally a wreck! Bedding all over the floor as well as towels.
Second room had no bath towels, scant toilet paper, no coffee.
The only sunshine was the front desk attendant “Nora”(?). She was absolutely wonderful. She was apologetic for the first room and was happy to provide necessities for 2 d room which was upgraded. The AC handler )?) was in the bedroom so noise ALL night!
No thanks for a return visit.

This was my second time staying there. It was very relaxing and comfortable such as the first time. Love the modern atmosphere overall and the space of the rooms with glass doors shower. Staff was friendly and very relaxed.

We stayed for a few days since our son now lives in Jacksonville. It was very clean and comfortable. I even slept well which never happens when I stay at a hotel. The only downside was our microwave did not work but the general manager gave us a credit which was nice. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable, homey feeling with friendly staff
This is our second time staying at WaterWalk in Jacksonville and our first time with our dog. As it was a last-minute change, I called en route, and Felicia (sp?) was very helpful about adding our dog. We had an issue with a key before checkout so I dropped by the desk to ask why upon our departure. Mike was very friendly and professional and offered I speak with the manager, Felicia, to get the exact answer. Felicia was wonderful explaining the system had an earlier checkout attached to our room. We began talking about Jax. and our possible move there, and Felicia and Mike were great at discussing different parts of town, and were positive and proud of the city, offering information, and they were very interested in listening to my thoughts as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the grounds are well-maintained.
