酒店回复: Thank you for staying with us. We really do not have total control of noise levels (even though we do not allow high noise levels) as there are normally other guests staying at the property. The living room is a shared room for the guests and not a personal living room. We are currently in the process of upgrading our rooms to make our stays more comfortable. My wife and I stayed in July 2025 in one of the rooms next to the pool. It had a kitchenette right off our balcony. We used the kitchenette for breakfast and it had a mini fridge that was handy. The grounds and staff were great! always clean and there was always someone to help if we needed anything. Ms. Shirley makes some of the best dinners we've had. We just strolled up front in the morning and talked about dinner options and timing and it was brought right to our balcony by the pool deck! It was amazing!
Our only issue was wifi. The service was weak and we ended up needing to buy a data plan through our carrier. If you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. But, we were staying in more and just wish the wifi was strong enough to stream from our devices.

It is best to read the description and take note of pictures of a property instead of booking and checking in then leaving because it doesn't meet unreasonable expectations.

Exceptional
We had an amazing and enjoyable time at the pink Hibiscus villa the hosts were super friendly and helpful.this was the perfect place to stay is was quiet and private.
And the hostess Shirley was awesome and made us feel welcomed on are arrival. Room were nice the food was good and keyshawn was helpful also Greg was so nice and helpful he was are tour driver he drove us around to different place. I really enjoy this place will be back

建议：房间需要维护，隔音效果有待提高。能听到邻居的谈话和活动声。
枕头可以升级一下。
总体来说体验不错，酒店一家人都很有礼貌也很周到。
有点古怪，但这里是住一晚的好地方。房间对于四个人来说有点拥挤。有点吵。粉红色的建筑和必须穿过某人的客厅才能登记并寻求帮助很有趣，但在牙买加很常见。帮助我们的年轻人 Keyshawn 很棒！我们在那里留下了一些泳衣，一周后他们帮我们保管，以防我们回来。超级诚实！
