When my family and I arrived today, D manager at reception suddenly got angry & started shouting when I showed my booking details on my phone instead of verbally telling my name. His behavior was aggressive & unprofessional, creating a scene in front of my family. Despite raising a complaint, no apology or explanation was given.This made us feel very uncomfortable, we’ve decided 2 shift 2 another hotel 4 D remaining 2 days.

The property location is awesome and the staff is helpful and well trained. Breakfast food is really awesome.

The location was beautiful.
hotel was near and clean.
staff very helpful n cooperative.
The options for breakfast were very limited.

Good ambience. Very near to ooty center. Safe parking space. Road to stay is a bit damaged..
Once we reach stay, it is all good.

3.All the service boys and receptionist are Hindi speaking people, they don't understand english.

The hotel location is horrible!!
So try to provide good location in future.otherwise you may loose...and most of guests are discussing the same thing there...
Another Sad thing is todays breakfast...
We expect a Good breakfast...that we paid a high amount (four star hotelamount) but telling you frankly..it's was very very worst... both food and surroundings...
So mostly this was my last booking at treeboo group...

very good service and excellent.very nice place.me and my family enjoyed verymuch.I suggested all my friends and relatives .great place for vaccation.
没有风扇，没有空调，也没有冰水。由于没有风扇和空调，待在房间里非常闷热。向工作人员投诉后，他们建议我们打开落地窗，但落地窗是法式的，任何人都可以从那里进来。千万别来这家酒店，你会非常失望的。
