The staff and the room was great. The only thing is that the back door was constantly propped open and anyone could of walk in the building. We came back late and the parking lot was very well lit but again, the back door was open. It looked like the lock did not work properly.

Everything was new and working well. The only problem was how dark the kitchen sink and stovetop area was...it needs a light. Otherwise, easy and convenient and comfy..

Not that cheap for the lack of amenities. Good vs
It was clean, not real friendly but that may come down to a cultural thing, no soap, no shampoo, 2 towels on arrival, no ice bucket, only 2 plastic cups. Ice machine plugged in but on off cycle. Had to ask for ice bucket which they gave me a bag, then no ice which they new it was not working...had to request a large towel, hand towel and wash cloth and soap and shampoo. Told no conditioner at all. So take note if you need to condition hair. Cleaning staff was very good and brought me the items I needed and even knocked and asked if I needed towels. Very nice. Beds are not that comfortable but ok and are on metal frames that move and make noise. Pillows are very lumpy and not very comfortable. No coffe pot either. No cooking wear, plates etc... you have to purchase them which is not stated anywhere in booking that I could find. Room was set on 60 degrees when I walked in. Hallways are warm. Felt uncomfortable once in elevator w a guest that was asking if I stayed there and where. Kinda creepy. Room was clean. Large refrigerator is a big plus. TV is a mess to figure out. Gave up. Also the front desk called me at 10:43am on check out asking if I wanted to extend my stay. Never had that before. Left a tip for cleaning staff. I stayed in the Suburban Studios side. Hotel guests were noisy. Can pretty much hear everything.

Reasons for my review:
1. Checking in wasn’t the easiest when the lady at the front desk couldn’t really speak English..
2. We walk into our room and the couch is dirty with stains on it.
3. Shower floor is dirty as well. Gross.
4. The entire place smells like old pasta water or something. Not pleasant.
5. The ice maker for the hotel is broken.. the entire time.
6. The elevator was SUPER slow and ended up having a “use other elevator on the other side of building” sign on it… like what?!
7. Mirror in the bedroom had something smeared all over it.
8. There was a party happening in the basement of the hotel on Saturday and you could hear it from the second floor.. no noise level was ever controlled. Building seems hollow.
9. Couldn’t sit on the bed to watch tv without the entire bed moving away from the wall.
10. Might as well have not given us pillows; they were so flat they were almost nonexistent. Had to go buy some.
11. One bedside table outlet in the bedroom did not work. The light nor the outlet.
12. No exhaust fan in the bathroom which creates a lot of moisture in there.
13. Cannot even shower without getting the bathroom floor soaking wet since the shower has nothing keeping the water contained.
14. The carbon monoxide detector was removed from the room and just missing. I realize it’s not gas cooking but if it was installed at one point; then it should be present in the hotel rooms.
15. Unsafe feeling at night with those that hangout outside the door..

首先说一个坏消息：我们预订了这个地方，以为我们可以坚持我们平常的饮食，但是所有的餐具、陶器和平底锅都必须购买；它们不是用来出租或借用的，至少值班女孩是这么告诉我们的。
这个地方看起来很干净，直到我去浴室，发现墙纸被剪掉了，好像被用过一样，门后面有灰尘，甚至还有剪下来的指甲，真恶心！
门不能从里面锁上；只有一个安全锁可以防止门开得太远，但它仍然没有给我带来太多的安全感。
空调噪音很大，但制冷效果很好。
积极的一面是：床还不错，位置很好，停车场可以让你把车停在附近。
