This is a first time staying at Candlewood Suites-Jackson. It's worth a return trip. The hotel is pet friendly, the staff is incredibly courteous, there are several unexpected amenities including a free laundry, and the hotel is near several great restaurants. It's convenient to several shopping options. And, the space was clean, had a kitchenette, and spacious bathroom! Loved it!

The hotel was amazing. The girl at tge desk Glyniss( i think) and the manager really, i mean really helped me out when TRAVELOCITY dropped the ball .... big time !

Very nice suite with separate bedroom and kitchenette. I do wish they served buffet breatfast because you have to bring your own groceries in.

Our vehicle full of stuff was safe in the parking lot. Could hear road noise in the room and pillows were overstuffed, but my husband had a good night's sleep. Staff was great, as was the room. We loved the kitchen and everything was very clean! So nice to have a Bible in the bedside drawer. We've never tried this chain before and hope to stay again on future trips. Very satisfied. Thank you!

They were very accommodating for my pet and all those there was something little little issue with my room they right away gave me another one great place to stay

The hotel was easy to get to, grounds were clean as well as the lobby and room. We arrived past 10 pm, there were no luggage carts available. The clerk said someone just checked in and I could go try and find it. I wasnt going to roam around a three story building looking for a cart at that time of night. Had to make several trips to carry baggage, ice chest and groceries. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cooling, ice maker didn't work and was making a noise like a motorcycle taking off. Told the day clerk the next day. Clerk advised his maintenamce man hadnt made it to work but he would leave a work order. Refrigerator never looked at. Never cooled and made the noise all night long. Reminded the same clerk as we were checking out that the refrigerator wasnt working and needed to be looked at. There were 5 luggage carts available when we checked out, not sure where all 5 were when checking in. The desk clerks werent very helpful.
