I get that room service was once a weekly. But the room was never serviced throughout my stay.
Late Friday, October 3, my card keys were inactivate for some reason (I had been doing laundry). The associate on duty was gracious enough put my clothes in the dryer. And restoring my access.

It was adequate with pretty decor.upon checking in the workers talked about checking in after 6 Pm and how I’d be charged an extra $50. Also talked about using a third party booking site instead of direct. I was not sure if she was trying to be comedic or not she also informed us that they do not offer breakfast, which if I would’ve known that I’d have picked somewhere else. They had plenty of dishes in the room but we didn’t need them. The bathroom had a few hairs in it upon arrival. The parking lot seemed dark and I did not feel safe. Also, there’re needs to be more parking available. The good areas are the decor, beds, pillows. The bad areas is lack of parking, dark parking lot, dirty shower.and awkwardness of checking in.

I only needed a room for a few hours to sleep before an early flight out of Atlanta. The staff were very nice and friendly. The front desk staff told me exactly what to do for check out and my stay was very smooth. If I ever need a room again in the area I will be planning to stay there again.

The staff that work on the 4th July morning was rude nasty attitude every but the older lady that work the night shift was amazing the housekeepers are very friendly nice hotel but that one lady is going to make guest not come back I don’t care how clean and nice ur hotel is customer service is what keep ur business

We stayed here between moving from one home to the next. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we may need for an extended stay of 11 days.

Wrong Room
I booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we checked in they gave us a room with 1 king bed instead. Went to the front desk where the woman told us they don’t have anything else available and that there’s a pullout couch. She offered no explanation for how this happened and they made no effort to fix this. Very disappointing to not receive the room I booked and be disregarded by the staff. Otherwise the room was very nice and clean but overall a disappointing stay.
