The staff really made our stay. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. The front desk was so kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the new pancake maker. Overall, it was a great stay.

I was in town due to a death in the family. From start to finish the staff was amazing! I e never had hospitality like this! I was blown away and so grateful! From the good bag at check in to the handwritten sympathy card left at my door, this was hands down the most impressive hotel service I have had ever and I travel a lot!

The staff are great. One of the reasons I come back. The rooms and common areas are clean. Breakfast is nice and comfortable. Good hot coffee. Everyone is friendly.

Food Service Director
I had a 3-day conference and decided to stay at TRU. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. The eggs were nice and fluffy, and the sausage was nice and tender. My conference ended a day early and it was no problem with not paying for the last day.
