Staff was great. Overall everything was fine. What I don’t like is being told that I will have a $25 hold on my card and when I check my account I have a $135 hold and I had already paid in full. When I asked they didn’t have an explanation and said it will take a couple of days to release. What if I needed that money? Why the difference in amounts?

This Candlewood is the best ever. I booked a room using my reward points to stay, Heather at the front desk made sure my daughter that was checking in had the best stay ever. Upgraded my room for her without even asking. The customer service was outstanding. When my daughter checked out, she was a little frazzled from the long trip. I don't know the name of the front desk person when she checked out but asked my daughter if she was alright? My daughter answered ya well no. that person gave my daughter the items needed to make her day amazing. Thank you for taking care of my daughter when I could not be there to help her.

The list of hotels I am willing to stay at in Pueblo is pretty short, but this hotel is on that list. Decently clean, location is great, and not sketchy.

Property is older, but well maintained. Room was clean, and kitchen area in unit was well maintained. Loved that they offer free washer and dryer in laundry facility. Fitness room maintained and clean. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

Excellent business hotel
Clean and well-maintained hotel that is great for business travellers. Don't drink the lobby coffee though! Nasty.

Nice property!
Everything went well.
We just finished almost 11 hours driving, the last 3 hours in a snow storm, so we were more tired and ready for some rest.
Staff was welcoming and friendly.
Would stay here again for sure.
