I misplaced a black jacket on the 23rd floor during my stay and have made several attempts to contact the hotel via both phone and email. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or follow-up regarding this matter. This lack of communication and accountability is highly disappointing and does not reflect the standards of service one would expect from a hotel of this level.
Proper handling of guests’ lost property is a basic aspect of hospitality management, and the absence of any support in this situation raises serious concerns about the hotel’s service quality and guest care. I strongly urge the management to review this issue and take immediate steps to improve responsiveness and professionalism.

酒店周边有有轨电车车站，交通出行非常方便。建筑内的设计都有保时捷的设计风格，给人一种高级感。房间设施较新，空间够用，卫生状况过关，并且还装饰有保时捷经典的车型照片，时刻提醒客人这是一个保时捷设计酒店。令我非常满意的是淋浴间的水压非常大，简直是淋浴星人的福音！
酒店的窗外风景非常漂亮，就算是基础房型也可以享受十几层楼的高处景观。餐厅位于10楼，可以边吃边看风景。早餐是全自助，中规中矩，虽然种类不丰富但是挺好吃的。

我在入住期间不慎将一件黑色外套遗落在23层，多次通过电话和邮件联系酒店，但至今未收到任何回应或跟进。这种缺乏沟通与责任心的情况令人十分失望，也与一家同等级酒店应有的服务标准不符。
妥善处理客人遗失物品是酒店最基本的服务要求，而本次经历让我对贵酒店的服务质量与对客人需求的重视程度产生了严重质疑。建议管理层正视此问题，并尽快提升在客人沟通与服务专业性方面的改进。

可以看到葡萄园景色，一整面大落地窗，窗可以向内打开，外面有通风口，房间面积大卫生也不错，美中不足是这个房型没有淋浴房，是用浴帘圈了厕所的一个角，地上也没有挡水条，不能干湿分离
酒店有地下停车库，车位充足，员工友好，干净卫生。酒店位于市中心，离奔驰博物馆和市立图书馆都不远，出行非常方便。

非常棒的地方，离着客户也很近，楼下就有保时捷店。停车方便，出门不堵车，挺好。早餐非常丰富，风景挺好的。
整体设计保时捷风格，很惊艳。入住当晚还看到了野生的狐狸。鉴于城市有展会，酒店价格相当给力。性价比秒杀其他酒店。全景大玻璃天窗，超静音，电梯速度网速都符合快的定义。一次性用品也是罕见的配齐了
