The property was fine. However, it seemed to be run by a family with many of the desk staff being insufficiently trained to respond to common questions. I asked at the desk if they could help book transport to the airport and was told no. I asked again, later, due to difficulties with booking transport with a Canadian postal code and was told that cabs are obsolete. After providing a number, the manager did call, eventually. Then, I was overcharged on the bill. I travel often and haven't experienced this lack of willingness of staff to help, previously.

Multiple issues with this property. The first was not their fault, it was through *******. When I explained the issue with the lady at the front desk, she was a bit rude. Next, I was put into a room that did not look cleaned at all. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled and there was hair/dirt in the bathroom. They accommodated and moved me to another room where I heard what sounded like a mouse or rustling near the vent. I checked out a day early. I was uncomfortable staying.
Heads up:
The jacuzzi is not in use! Looks like it may be under construction.
It was not worth the money honestly.

I accidentally double booked this property. I stayed May 30th And online accidentally booked the road for June 13 as well. I used Travelocity by *******, who I have traveled with many times. And forfeit my Marriott points.

I stay at this hotel each time I’m in Canton for work. It’s close to everything.
Love the hotel. Not a fan of the $200 to $300 hold on my card (the guy said $300 on the phone but they charged me $200)
And they could definitely use better towels but I’ll probably stay here again

Not much good about my stay. The pool water and jacuzzi was dirty. The front desk worker was rude to me and I witnessed her being rude with another family.
