I’ve stayed here before but this is the first time I felt that this particular room was neglected. When I entered the room, the window was wide open, the TV had the incorrect welcoming information and there was tobacco odor that lingered for days and it was EVERYWHERE you went in the room. I was very unhappy and felt that they knew it was an issue but still allowed us to stay there. It would have been nice if we knew beforehand.

The property was fine. However, it seemed to be run by a family with many of the desk staff being insufficiently trained to respond to common questions. I asked at the desk if they could help book transport to the airport and was told no. I asked again, later, due to difficulties with booking transport with a Canadian postal code and was told that cabs are obsolete. After providing a number, the manager did call, eventually. Then, I was overcharged on the bill. I travel often and haven't experienced this lack of willingness of staff to help, previously.

After we switched because door would not pock on first room: Nice, clean, comfortable room. Good customer service, if you asked for something.. cleaning service was minimal very little cleaning done during our 8 day stay but clean upon arrival. Had to ask for towels everytime except the time or two our room was cleaned.

Multiple issues with this property. The first was not their fault, it was through *******. When I explained the issue with the lady at the front desk, she was a bit rude. Next, I was put into a room that did not look cleaned at all. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled and there was hair/dirt in the bathroom. They accommodated and moved me to another room where I heard what sounded like a mouse or rustling near the vent. I checked out a day early. I was uncomfortable staying.

Heads up:

The jacuzzi is not in use! Looks like it may be under construction.

It was not worth the money honestly.
