酒店回复: Dear guest,First of all, thank you for leaving your rating, unfortunately we cannot agree with it. From the moment you enter our hotel, even before entering the room, you start finding faults. You didn't like the location of the hotel, then you said that there was no Wi-Fi, water, or air conditioning in the room. Of course none of that is true. You didn't even set foot in the room and started listing the problems. You demanded that we pay for the new hotel and return the money you paid for your stay with us. When your requests were rejected, you started yelling at our staff and threatening them with physical violence when they leave the hotel.1. The hotel is located on the main street. Which has access from two neighboring streets. Its location is central and easily accessible.2. As emphasized on our website, the hotel reception is located on the first floor, not the second. The building has no elevator, which is also indicated. Because 3. It is clearly stated that the reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00, but after 23:00 you have the option to contact us by phone in case you need us.4. All rooms are soundproofed, regardless of the location of the hotel, the street in which it is located is not noisy or busy with cars.5. The water you received from the hotel, all guests receive water from the hotel. The water is in a glass bottle, hermetically sealed. It doesn't have any cork that would, as you said, ‘’have mold on it’’.6. To get to the rooms, guests must go through two security doors. Absolutely every guest is safe in the hotel, because the hotel is secured with a security alarm, cameras and blinded doors. Your statement that someone tried to enter your room is untrue, the cameras have been checked and no one was in any of the moments near your door.Until the last moment spent in our hotel, you were rude to the staff. Your verbal attacks even led us to call the authorities and thus ensure the safety of our employees. All our previous guests had only words of praise about the hotel and our staff, because they were welcomed as family and friends. 酒店公寓接机服务30欧,司机很准时!20分钟机场到酒店,房间还可以,在居民楼里,早晨会有走路,讲话声!性价比当天还可以,酒店楼下寿司店不错!有位厨师是中国人,价格还可以,酒➕寿司不到200元人民币
一家四口住刚好,小套房,主要是比较新,卫生间都很干净,床很大很舒服。还有两个电视机。空调很凉快。。。

猫途鹰(TripAdvisor)向我推荐了这家酒店住一晚。结果发现照片太有欺骗性了。设施非常差劲。酒店位置不好找,周围的小巷和街区都年久失修。
酒店前台在二楼(一层),没有电梯直达。如果行李较多的旅客,要爬那盘旋的二十级台阶才能到前台,会非常吃力。
房间很小,几乎没有走动的空间。看得出来他们努力保持清洁,但地毯看起来还是很脏。
浴室也很小,而且有股难闻的异味。
还好我只住了一晚。不推荐。
1. 最重要的一点说在前面,WIFI不稳定,他家有两个WiFi ,但是都不稳定,一会有一会无,如果想刷剧或者打游戏的慎重考虑入住。
2. 厕所空间略小,两个人基本侧身进出。
3. 房间空调开到30度,除了听到空调哈哈哈的声音,几乎感觉不到热风。
4. 酒店入住时就要求交城市税费。
5. 如果要去机场可以找前台预订出租车🚕,最多3500第纳尔。
位置非常棒,在市中心,很多地方都可以步行到达。虽然比普通房间小一点,但比很多酒店都干净漂亮。
1. 酒店位置不在路边上,没有提示牌,拐进一个胡同里居民楼里,不易寻找. 2.酒店入口和前台在楼里面二层有门禁,一层有门禁,没有电梯,需要提着行李🧳爬上去。3.前台💁🏻♀️晚上基本不在,所以晚上才到酒店会很麻烦,酒店不好找,入口也不好找,语言不通,真的奔溃。4.房间很小,挨着路边,非常吵闹。5.房间饮用水不是一次性密封瓶装的,是玻璃瓶子木塞的,喝完再往里装水,那个水味道怪怪的,很像自来水,木塞子都发霉了,喝一口就吐了,在外面买一桶水。6.半夜酒店其他客人突然敲我房门🚪,我没有开,我用椅子🪑顶住门,要是女孩子真的会吓坏了。
非常干净,体验很好。热水来得很快,淋浴水压和日本一样大。
市中心位置不错的小型酒店,不过房间确实感觉有点小。房间有打扫,但我们住了四天,有一次他们忘了打扫 :) 前台小姐姐超级棒,什么都知道,给了我们很多建议,还帮我们办了游客的“白卡”。总的来说是个好地方。
