It was like an efficiency studio type thing, with no outdoor seating as advertised or a pool! And to top off the experience I got eaten alive by bedbugs!

Unfortunately, this guest did not select a room with patio nor request pool access.Regarding the bedbug claim, we take great pride in our cleanliness standards. Our units feature upgraded bedding and undergo rigorous cleaning and inspection protocols. We have never had any verified issue of bedbugs. It's worth noting that Southwest Florida’s natural environment—especially beaches and mangrove areas—can expose visitors to no-see-ums, tiny biting insects that often cause itchy welts the next day.We always encourage guests to carefully review the room description and amenities before booking so their stay aligns with their expectations.

Had everything one would need for a few nights stay. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, the ac was nice and cold when needed and the space was clean. Nice, quiet surrounding area with a Walmart and a gas station within walking distance. Need transportation for night life in the downtown area. Definitely could have used some black out curtains on some of the windows throughout the space.

Everything was fantastic except there was no ESPN I couldn't watch any of the sports games, the river rock at the swimming pool wasn't sealed and it hurt our feet.

This was a great property and I would rent this exact property again. It’s a duplex type setup. The inside was more than expected, especially for the price. The outside could use some tlc, but it’s all cosmetic. There’s a Walmart nearby, but I did wish there was a food establishment in walking distance, as I didn’t have a vehicle.
I will say that a friend rented another unit from this same company, but their unit was in a different neighborhood and a neighbor in that neighborhood had a loud party till 3am, so it probably depends which unit you get for a quiet environment.
