One of the best hotel in Katihar main market area with clean & peaceful environment. Staff are helpful, especially the gentleman on reception is polite. Food taste & complementary breakfast was awesome & remarkable.

Location and food is ok but thing which went wrong was Rooms were basic, all the doors were not closing properly. Lift malfunctioned in the morning. Room service staff was ok. For the price it was not worth.

This was my first visit to katihar. My colleague referred satkar to me. I was happy to see that hotel has a campus parking as well as atm. I was provided a garden facing room which was spacious enough. What i would like to share that breakfast was good while dinner was devine.
食物很普通，设施和卫生也不好，工作人员很贪婪，客房服务也不周到，浴室和厕所也不干净
服务还可以，但提供的房间与预订时显示的房间大不相同。而且房间不值得我付钱
员工的行为很好，但经理的行为很差，我个人不喜欢他对我们的行为。
