My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Sueños de Chicama! Giovana was super helpful with coordinating our airport taxis and helping us book a boat for surfing during our stay. Big shout out to Luza who worked at our hotel. She was so kind and supportive every step of the way or anytime we had questions! The mornings were very peaceful as we got to enjoy complimentary breakfast while sipping coffee and watching the waves roll in from the top of the hill. We rented boards and wetsuits from Percy in town, who had a solid selection and was helpful while we surfed throughout the day. The vibe in town was super chill and friendly. While we were there we met travelers from all over who were there for the same reason we were: the wave! Although the wave did not go as long as we thought it would, it was still pretty incredible. Luza also offers amazing massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy sessions at a really fair price. Highly recommend booking with her, especially after the inevitable shoulder burn from paddling all day!

I had a phenomenal time! Giovana provided me with free coffee while I was waiting for my room as I arrived before check in time. Room had an impecable view, was really comfy, and was very clean! The staff was very friendly, Giovana was so amazing. She was pleasant to talk to and helped me with everything I needed. This is the spot to stay at, I will definitely be coming back!
