唉，唉，唉，我该怎么评价Zostel呢？这可能是我住过的最糟糕的青年旅舍之一了。说实话，我旅行多年，住过世界各地数百家青年旅舍。为了保持评价的客观性，我必须承认，工作人员确实非常热情。经理也很健谈，给了我们很多关于喀拉拉邦及其周边地区游玩的建议。然而，除此之外，其他方面都让我们非常失望。我睡眠不算浅，但因为其他客人整晚进进出出，我根本没睡着。通常这倒没什么，但这些客人完全不尊重房间里的其他客人。他们早上六点还在打电话，大声放音乐，还打响指（以及其他一些奇怪的声音！）。他们还把门大开着，让外面的热气和蚊子都涌进来。公共区域周围到处都是睡着的陌生人……这在背包客旅舍里我还是第一次见到。社交氛围死气沉沉，连当地的Premier Inn都比这里热闹。如果你是国际背包客，千万别来这里，他们似乎更迎合当地人。他们连其他旅舍最基本的规章制度都不执行。更糟糕的是，我们礼貌地给经理提了一些建设性的意见，他竟然连句道歉都没有。他反而显得很抵触。我们只住了一晚就离开了，他至今拒绝退还我们预订的另一晚的房费。真是浪费时间，毁了我们在喀拉拉邦的第一天。千万别来！千万别来！千万别来！

it was a beautiful property with good amenities. Food was decent and people here were very interactive and helpful. We got opportunity to enjoy mentalist show. Few suggestions for improvement-

1. As we are required to put shoes out, would be great to provide indoor slippers

2. Common hall had lot of mosquitoes and no proper netting or mosquito repellent

3. we stayed at 10 bed bunk with single AC. the temperature was very hot and single AC was not sufficient.

The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious.

However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy.

Also serves meat at the hostel which I find unacceptable as its a Hindu country and no one visits India to eat meat.

Zostel ernakulam is an amazing place for bagpackers. From the reception to the rooms everything was just perfect. Friendly and cordial staff , inhouse food options, common workspace and areas .

I stayed at the women's dorm and the bed was nice , they provide u with a locker also . The bathroom was hygienic. Hot water was available.

If you want a calm and peaceful stay or one where you want to make frndship with strangers and have a lovely time , zostel is the best place for you.

5. It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!

Had a great stay at Zostel Kochi! The vibe is super chill, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The dorms were clean, the common areas had a fun atmosphere
