Renting a flat there since 2019. The most comfortable and luxurious place I have been living in. When I moved there I was surprised by how clean and new everything is. Like nobody was living there before me. Also a big benefit that this building is very warm. So for 3 years I never had to put on heating! The temperature in the rooms are never below 26 degrees. And also a water - when I am filling bath the water is beautifully blue color. Never seen that before, so cool. And the view! The view is amazing, every morning I adore to have a cup of coffee there. I will attach some photos that I have done as a fun project for my university, and will try to find and attach a photo of view.
