Book somewhere else. Save yourself the time and hassle.
Awful! The hotel smelled so strongly it gave us headaches almost immediately. After checking in and walking into the room, it noticed it was unclean. We asked to cancel and be refunded. They offered us to check another room, also not clean. The desk clerk said we should get a refund once the manager accepts it. We'll, he hasn't. Our travel agents have contacted them to try to receive a refund, they refuse. I called back this morning and was hung up on since he told me he, "I won't refund you". Absolutely unacceptable business practices.

Never again!
The hotel smelled horrible! The rooms are very outdated and the floors to the elevator were in horrible condition I almost tripped on them. When I tried to put the magnetic “Privacy” sign on the outside of my door the paint peeled off of the door with the magnet. They attempted to charge me twice for the room I had to show them my bank account where they already charged me.

Water damage to halls, floor boards buckled, door to bathroom did not close, strong scent (cinnamon?) used to cover up water damage smell. TV in bedroom did not work but TV in sitting room did. No plug for bathtub. Staff could not be found for check out, but this was seen in other hotels at this time, too. Pool looked nice but did not try. Breakfast was minimal.

Took forever to check in. The room was dirty. The whole olace was dirty. The beds not comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Wint stay again.

Very misleading pictures. It smelled terrible. The bathroom was ripped and hanging from the wall and was broke in half. There was a leak at the window and water was everywhere. There was hair all over the floor, bedding and everything. Cigarette ashes in the bathroom. TERRIBLE and GROSS

The couch in the room reeked of pee. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because it had been kicked in. There were stray hairs all over the place. Visibly dirty in spots. The refrigerator didn’t work. The towel we were given to use at the pool was visibly stained. Told the front desk and he just nodded. Would not recommend. Especially room 215.

There were a bunch of construction workers who got drunk by the pool and were fighting loudly. It prevented my family from sleeping well.
