Everyone was really friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful property. The rooms are nice and art everywhere is so cool. Only one improvement would be stronger coffee as it was super weak and bland but expensive!

We have stayed here in the past and it has always been excellent. This time however, we found the service and property to have gone down hill a bit. One day, they did not make up our room. We called down to the front desk three times and no one ever came up to clean the room.
We had no kleenex, clean towels, coffer or note pads. The furniture was also worn and abused looking.

Mike at the Desk was awesome. Took great care of us the room is beautiful and the rooftop pool deck has a great view!! we will definitely stay here again!

The team was perfectly nice, although I felt the valet didn’t want to assist me when I first pulled up. They watched me struggle with my bags and the heavy door. The rooms view was not great. The toilet wouldn’t flush half the time. I had to go back and check it and lift the lid to pull the pump. The water poured onto the bathroom floor. The restaurants were closed for weddings. Not sure if they should have let me book.

Wonderful hotel in downtown Sarasota. The entire experience was amazing with comfortable accomodations, beautiful atmosphere, great bar/restaurant and gracious staff. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Overall, the hotel was nice. We were on the seventh floor. Both on the eighth floor open top pool bar. There is a nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights and the noise is very loud and goes on until later at night. It was hard to sleep when The nightclub was on.
