Amazing

The team was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, helpful, and truly seemed like they loved their job. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. 5 stars all the way!

My wife and I were on a 2500 mile motorcycle trip around the great lakes. This was our last stop. This place was great. The staff checked us in quickly and professionally. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Compared to where we almost stayed, The Econ Lodge on the Bay, this is a 5 star resort.

Nice staff, beds were nice, ok cleanliness, pool was a let down, they closed and cleaned the pool at 7 am but pool hours are 6-10 for kids. The whole reason we got a hotel was to use the pool, kids were bummed and defeated the entire purpose of our trip since we had to leave at 8:30. Change the pool hours or change the pool cleaning schedule maybe.

New carpet through out the hallways and in the room.

Con: the sofa bedding was used and put away. When we asked for new bedding the front desk staff was confused.

Very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! The lobby has lots of open space for hanging out and the rooms were great. I hope things stay this way since I know it is a brand new hotel. Very convenient and within walking distance of gas stations, a mall, Walmart, restaurants, etc….

I spent 1 night here on business this week after nearly 15 years of not staying in IHG brand hotels. As a Hilton and Marriott loyalist, I was not sure how this would measure up. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room and public areas are. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there is free breakfast and free coffee and tea in the lobby. I will definitely stay here when I’m in the area for work.
