The room was extremely clean. The whole property was clean. The staff was very efficient, quick and easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again!

yes, very clean, pleasant staff at the front desk, promt answering the phone call when I called ahead to confirm my reservation. I was pleasantly impressed by the hotel having Bistro BK and starbucks within the premises.

The property and the room were so nice, very clean, I’m assuming new because everything looked great. However, when we arrived, the front desk rep was taking awhile, clicking away on the computer and we could tell something was wrong. My husband asked what was going on and she said our room was given away and already checked in. So that was frustrating. I wish she would have just quickly corrected it instead of making us stand there and wait to ask what was happening with our booking. After fixing it in the system she warned us that the keys might not work. That did not sit right with us since we were already tired and frustrated. The situation could have been handled differently. Overall, the property was great, but maybe more training for front staff reps in difficult situations.

Hotel was extremely clean both inside and out. Staff was super friendly, and there were numerous dining options immediately around the property. Will definitely be rebooking for future stays.

Check in was very easy and the young lady very pleasant. Room was very nice and beds super comfortable. Loved the carpeting in the room. Had breakfast actually at a nearby Denny’s which was great.

Loved room very clean and styling was modern. Only stayed overnight, no time to use the workout room or outdoor patio area. But both looked top notch.
