酒店位置挺好,离博斯普鲁斯海峡,香料市场啥的都不远。早餐也特别丰富。
有欢迎茶点 接待人员很nice;位置闹中取静 晚上睡觉完全听不到外面的噪音 到核心景区和码头步行可达 也可坐T1 很方便;房间很宽敞 能把大箱子都打开 房间灯光也很舒服 亮度刚好 洗澡水热的也比较快就是淋浴喷头有些松了 需要维修
位置十分便利 在人多杂乱的老城区 属于非常难得 闹中取静 房间很新 虽然不大该有的都有 也很安静 SLH还是有保障的
酒店规模不大,胜在位置好,公共交通方便。房间安静,早餐除了每桌一套标准的土耳其摆盘,剩下的就是点餐,不是自助餐。离店帮叫了出租车,是打表计费的。

闹中取静,酒店新,设施好,床品很好,有支撑又柔和,有助于睡眠。唯一缺点就是房间窗户光线有遮挡。
这个酒店一般,我不会再选择。当时给我的房间没有窗户,较为阴暗,很烂。我要求换一间,明明是淡季,却告诉我,没办法。当时办理并引导入住的那个男员工挺差,只知道敷衍。凑合了一夜,我还是觉得不能忍,因为要住四个晚上,所以投诉到携程,才换了还可以的房间。不过玻璃非常脏。后来遇到的一位工作人员比较好,有在听我的诉求。总之除了位置较好,其它都不值得。伊斯坦布尔很美好,但这个酒店不可以。

入住了8天,首先酒店除了前台微笑服务之外,完全没有其他服务。客房打扫每天需要自己去前台沟通才有人打扫,入住第二天地毯发现一根针,有图为证。床单写明3天更换,入住至今8天也没更换。另外提醒睡懒觉的朋友,早上8点有客房来问你是否需要洗衣服。最后一天客房打扫把浴巾带走也不更换新的,体验太差了,不会再选择!
整体来看酒店还是很不错,特别是位置很方便,距离香料市场、海边、公交站都很近,周边有很多吃的。我们房间在二楼,可以看到很好的街市景色,但玻璃隔音效果很好,一点也不吵。需要改进的方面是有一天房间没有打扫,说了让下午七点打扫一下,结果服务员没敲门自己打开门就要进来(还有一次我们在屋里,让送双拖鞋来,然后我带着孩子洗澡,老公在床上浅睡了一会,后来发现拖鞋不知道什么时间已经在屋里桌子上,服务员好像都不敲门的,所以一定要锁好门),我们让他七点后再来,结果出去后到九点多回来也没打扫
新装修营业的酒店,前台接待服务很好,去房间的路上在和我介绍酒店历史;房间打扫得很干净,地理位置很好,许多景点都可步行到达,再来伊斯坦布尔还会选择。
