酒店回复: Dear Sir. We would like to re-iterate that our On site restaurant is only for In house Guests. So you would not find it bustling at all times. We have a lot of Room service orders only. We run the Restaurant for In house guests who want a Quiet meal. Sorry you couldn't get the experience you wanted.

Just below average. Can be optedif not getting any other hotel. Bare minimum necessary items provided. Not value for money. I booked triple occupancy for 18k. Just 5-10mins away from meenakshi temple.

The place lived up to its name. Just away from city, located in a nice neighbourhood. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Go ahead and book this place.

Stayed in May at Avenue 11. Wonderful property. Was new. Stayed in a room called Superior Suite which accommodated my family comfortably. Had 2 king size beds and really comfortable rooms. The Hot water and pressure is the best i have experienced. Very nicely staffed and very courteous. Wonderful experience all to tether

the hotel location and check in process are ideal however the room was less so.
My toilet had not been properly cleaned and had urine marks on the edges.
The restaurant was over priced, didn't try the complimentary buffet so can't comment on that.

But if you had an issue it would have easier just to inform reception and we could have fixed it Straight away. But you had never informed any of this to us. Probably we could have solved the Issue and you would have had a better night rest. Mistakes Happen sir and we are sorry for this. But i sincerely Hope that you give any Hotel an option to rectify it than just leave a Bad review. Our breakfast is one of the Best going around and we are sorry you missed it. Regarding the Menu card, Your impression is over priced but for us we only serve for In house guests and there will be a small price difference compared to a restaurant. But not sure again if that is too much.Again Thanks for Choosing us. Please let us know during your stay of any diffculties for making your stay better.
