Location is quite good. You will find most beaches nearby. Swimming pool position is not good. Its congested. Moreover, during my time, pool was under maintainance. So, couldn't use it. Hotel staffs were cooperative. T. V. Not working. Overall experuence was moderate.

Property is ok ok no lift rooms balcony was not clean no pint beer, no 15% discount on food & beverages was provided as mentioned while booking staff is good and corporative

Location of the property is good.
Swimming pool was dirty and not at all usable. One of my luggage was tempered for unlock, while I found number combination changed. Gift purchased from Panjim went missing from the room. I had to ask multiple time for TV recharge and cloth hangers.
please be careful during stay.
