Staff was very nice and friendly, the breakfast in the morning was delicious and the hotel was beautiful, nice and clean!

There was a noisy fridge in the room (can not sleep well) , at breakfast coffee and hot water were cold , also hotel charged $7.34 more than ******* shows first .

This hotel canceled my reservation. My flight got in late and when we arrived at the hotel at 12:21 PM, we were told our reservations were canceled and there is nothing more they could do to assist. We were told that we was supposed to call the hotel at 10 pm to let them know we would be arriving late. They sent us a cancellation email at 12:05 am. I’m not sure how we were supposed to call anyone, while we were 35,000 feet in the air. Nonetheless, we went to the Marriott property next door and was able to get a room. Thank you Marriott!

Everything from the beginning check-in to the breakfast to the staff to the manager to the property to the convenience of being able to get to and from places, was impeccable!! if I could give them 1000 stars I would they were absolutely amazing if you are going to New Orleans stay at this hotel!!

Overall, it was a nice day. The location is more than five minutes away from the Superdome. I was confused on why the showerhead was on one side of the shower wall and the faucet was on the other side and why there was no hand sanitizer nowhere in the hotel, not even in the exercise room

Came to New Orleans for the night and our stay here was amazing. Great and accommodating staff, clean, great location , and a really good breakfast. Thank you so much for caring for us during our stay! Hope to return soon!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large with a kitchenette and a few dishes. The bed was comfortable and everything is fairly new. The only downside is that you need a car to get around since restaurants are a few miles away. Also, the breakfast was good.

Overall good stay
We had a great stay. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was hot outside during our stay and the air conditioning was on full blast most of the time. The only thing that could have been better is the noise of dragging furniture in the room/space above us. It sounded like chair dragging across the floor all night. Must have been a storage room of some sort.
