Horrendous hotel. How they get away advertising a luxury 5* resort is beyond me. Pools all unusable. 2 filled with algae and the one open one was turning green and had half the tiles missing, ladders hanging off. “All inclusive” while they had many alcohol choices, the soft drinks available were Coke, Coke Zero and tonic. That’s the lot. Furniture by the pool was disgusting. Cleanliness in general was vile; food was inedible covered in flies, the ketchup even had a layer on top suggesting it had sat there for weeks. There were a lot of wasps in the area around that time of year which is out of their control, but not cleaning anything doesn’t help at all and just attracted more. The room was decent but there was sand all over the floor when we hadn’t even gone to the beach, the shower turned cold half way through showers. Around the “bar” area in the evening, they didn’t turn any lights on, it was pitch black in the seating area. The whole resort is run down in general. Advertised water park that closed the day after we arrived and was not even told this on arrival so couldn’t give that a go on the one day it was available to us. I felt mugged off.

Awful hotel, the pictures they show on their social media and their Instagram are actually diabolical, it is like night and day the difference. As you can see from my photos, none of the pools are useable. The food is not edible, flys all around it, all left at room temperature it’s asking for food poisoning. None of the fresh food they show in their photos. Advertised that you can eat at one of their many restaurants…there was one open and the rest were wrapped up in plastic. It had the potential to be good, but unfortunately it looks as if it’s been let go… Staff are overworked and asleep on the job, pools are a safety hazard missing tiles and full of algae. The seats by the bar area are all cigarette burns and ripped. Their boasted “VIP” pool which is on their social media is covered in algae. The place is practically derelict. Save your money and go to one of the better hotels near by.

A complete disappointment. This hotel is marketed as a five-star property, but it doesn't even meet the standard of a two-star. The food was extremely poor – very limited selection, low quality, and none of the basics one would expect from a hotel in this price range. The all-inclusive bar offered only the cheapest drinks. The service was unacceptable: staff appeared disinterested, spent most of their time chatting among themselves, and guests were left waiting far too long for everything. I felt deceived and deeply dissatisfied. I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

从外面看度假村实际上看起来还不错。但我们的房间很小而且不干净。我们甚至抱怨房间气味很重而且不干净。已经打扫干净了，但味道依然存在。有一次我们在他们的餐厅外面吃饭，味道很差，味道也不好（提示：去其他公共餐厅，它们更好）。早上的自助餐非常非常差。不仅选择很少，而且当东西用完时也没有补充。我们喜欢海滩，因此获得了两颗星。但躺椅很脏，你可以看到没有人关心它们。停电两次。没有电就没有水，例如厕所用水。
房间很小但是很干净。海滩很漂亮。该建筑群正在进行大量建设工作，一些游泳池尚未使用。道路经常破损、有洞，而且总是有颠簸，这使得婴儿车行驶变得困难。餐厅和酒吧非常简朴，看起来并不吸引人。尽管正值主季中期，但晚上 9 点后没有任何活动。早餐供应至上午 11 点。我们早上9:30到达那里，不幸的是我们连一半都没有吃到。当我们询问工作人员时，我们总是得到答案：不知道是否以及何时补充。甚至连喝果汁的杯子都没有了。真是耻辱。我认为如果工作人员很友好并且设施很及时，那将是一家很棒的酒店。我们不会回来。可惜了！
我五月份住在这家酒店，友好的员工和优质的服务给我留下了深刻的印象。阿尔巴尼亚总理对这家酒店的所作所为令人痛心。希望情况能有所改善，正义能够得到伸张。
