The property is okay with a nice, well equipped gym. There is a coffee shop at receptionserving good barista coffee.
But the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was lots of dust in the unit we booked and daily cleaning services were not adhered to. The blackout blind in one of the bedrooms was in a state of disrepair without a control chain to roll it up and down which meant the room had to remain dark all day and it also restricted the ventilation as the blind blocks the air coming in from the window. This made it uncomfortable to sleep in during the hot summer nights we spent there.

The unit was lovely and modern and superficially clean and neat. The furnishings are high quality and the beds were extremely comfortable. Kuda (Manager) was very kind and helpful. Some of the furnishings and balcony really need a good clean. Couch had quite a few stains, Wifi laminate info page was sticky, balcony floor was dirty and dusty and mats need a deep clean. As there are no big windows, except for one by the balcony door, circulation is a little lacking. An aircon / fan for summer would be great. But other than that, we had a great stay.

Antony, the manager, is great and helped me out with an extensions of stay in the same room. Quiet, spacious apartments in readily accessible area.

The place is combined hotel and apartment residences. It was fine for one night and the security was good in the place however it isn’t something I would return to. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!
