Good hotel . Nice vegetarian food , Nice location. We went for a day on Sunday. Rooms are quite spacious. Issue was with a bathroom. Hot water was not coming and it was broken also . Nice service from Sarfaraz at restaurant.

We stayed for three nights and had a very mixed experience. The best part of this resort is, without a doubt, the staff. From check-in to dining to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly polite and professional. They provided truly excellent service. However, the room was a disappointment. It was just okay, the AC had a mind of its own and couldn't be controlled, and we never got hot water in the shower. Simple things were off, like a towel hook being too high to reach. The entire place was also very noisy as they were setting up for a wedding. If it weren't for the wonderful staff, this review would have been one star. Management needs to invest in the rooms and manage events better so they don't disturb other guests.

This is one of the best resort at Mandu. Located 5 KM away from the historical monuments and Mandu City, but I will suggest to stay at this place due to its luxurious facilities in best rate. Rooms are really spacious, Ventilated. They have Ground floor Rooms available with Jacuzzi & private pool. Food quality is really awesome. They have 3 swimming pools for Adults & Kids. Overall experience is too good.

Mandu heritage resort is located much before the ancient city and so You are saved by the traffic snarls in narrow roads in the city. You can park at the resort and take a hired cab for touring the city. The reception and restaurant staff are very courteous and helpful. The accommodation is twin decked and also in a building. There are farms Behind the rooms which give a fabulous view especially with dense fog descending on the property and making the atmosphere so serene while sipping tea in the balcony. Family can play tennis,badminton, football etc. In the lush green playground with mountainous view. There are two swimming pools..big and small and also a pool deck where you can enjoy your drinks. The breakfast menu is very tempting with local dishes too. There is a echo point and a dinosaur park at walking distance. Good parking in the property is a big relief in mandu. Best time to visit is in monsoons and winter.

We reached pretty late around 10pm but hotel providdd quick checkin and rooms are spacious near and adequately groomed with toiletry even bathroom linen was top grade. For a quick stay we had a great time, there is nice garden an pool but we couldn’t make good use

We stayed at Mandav Heritage Resort with our family and had booked 2 rooms, including one extra mattress. First of all, the location is excellent. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, though the service was quite slow. While we didn’t pay much attention during check-in, on the day of check-out, my father noticed something worth mentioning. Mr. Vinod at the reception clearly knows how to handle every guest with care. We actually had a few complaints, but when we were leaving, we saw Mr. Vinod talking kindly to my 3-year-old daughter. She didn’t even want to leave the place — we had to carry her out! Before we left, Mr. Vinod wished us a happy journey, which reflects how much they value their guests. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so memorable — especially Mr. Vinod and Ms. Suman.
