The room was great. The beds are wonderful and the overall comfort and convenience great. The manager was very inhospitable, but the front desk staff was wonderful and kind.

The room was clean and cozy. We were only there for 1 night and sad to leave the next morning. The location is excellent! Walking distance to downtown and a few blocks from the Magnolia Silos. We will be visiting again soon and booking the EVEN hotel.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! He offered us two drink tokens, and I told him we wouldn’t use them and he gave us our choice of two items from the snack bar instead.

First room wasn’t so clean. The toilet needed cleaning, but the staff later fixed the issue by getting us a new clean room.

Beautiful, modern property with spotless rooms, an exceptional gym and pool, and great overall value. The facilities truly stand out. Service, however, could use improvement. When I approached the front desk with a quick question, the team did acknowledge me and said they'd be right with me — but I ended up waiting an unreasonably long time, even with three team members (including a manager) present. Eventually, I walked away without receiving assistance. Additionally, restaurant service was significantly slow; we nearly left due to the wait. With a bit more attentiveness and urgency from staff, this hotel could easily become a top-tier stay.
