Inadequate extra blankets, pillows and towels. There was 5 of us from Friday-Monday, and we used the same towels. No extra blanket for our son, and only 2 flat pillows for each adult. Had to get creative to make everyone comfortable.

Location was walking distance to the financial sector, which was great. When I got there the room haw not been cleaned, but I called and they had a cleaner there within about 15 minutes even though it was almost midnight. And the communication thereafter was also excellent The view was spectacular, and the apartment was nice. .

It would have been nice to receive communication about parking, entry procedures, etc prior to our trip. I understand not giving the code out until check in time, but we ended up parking in a rather dicey area because it was not communicated that paid underground parking was available at the building till after check in. It was very confusing as to how to retrieve the key. Also, hand towels in the bathroom should be standard. The price was good, but I probably would not stay here again.

另一点是基本生活必需品匮乏，比如沙发/蒲团又小又不舒服，就只有一张吧台椅。厨房里没有基本的烹饪用具，比如砧板或奶酪刨丝器。厨房里有一个破旧的平底锅和几把菜刀，切西红柿就像锯木头一样，根本切不开。
踢脚线磨损严重，插座松动，阳台门锁操作起来很奇怪，家具和床都很破旧，橱柜门松动，水龙头也坏了。
话虽如此，入住过程非常简单，房间干净整洁，景色优美，所有必需品都在步行距离内，附近还有几家很棒的餐厅。这栋楼也很安全，前台有24小时安保。
总而言之，我不会说这是一次糟糕的体验，但如果稍微花点功夫并进行一些基本的维护，我觉得这次住宿体验会更好。

这家公寓最大的问题就是虚假宣传，它根本不是酒店，而是一栋公寓楼里的一套公寓。入住当天你会收到短信，告诉你必须去7-11便利店取钥匙，而这家店离公寓有20分钟步行路程。带着行李的时候简直太麻烦了。而且用完之后你还得把钥匙还到同一个地方。很明显，公寓管理委员会并不知道他们把这套公寓出租了，因为他们警告你不要跟前台提起这件事。真是糟糕的体验。
