Room was not completely clean. I found a bug crawling on the desk Saturday 11/29/25 at 9:20am. When I brought this to the attention of the Hotel's GM including showing him the bug itself, he brushed it aside saying "they come in from the outside." A ledge in the shower stall was not cleaned. I paid almost $200 for this room; this is not the quality of cleanliness I expect for that rate.

Excellent service, the front desk staff and the bartender were very friendly. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, and it's in a great location.

Needed a band-Aid and the front desk was able to supply it…might not seem like much but to a 3 year old that made a hugh difference
