Excellent Stay! We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed — they truly made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. Access to the room was very easy, and the hotel’s location is convenient, especially with the available parking. Everything was well organized and comfortable, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Staying at this hotel has been a very disappointing experience. The main issue is its poor management and the attitude of some of its staff, who seem unfamiliar with the concept of customer service. 1. The rooms are not light-proof. The blackout curtains are relatively thin and not wide enough, allowing light to enter from the sides, which makes it difficult to rest properly. 2. While the availability of parking space is appreciated, accessing the hotel from the parking area requires climbing steep steps, which can be a strenuous exercise—especially for elderly guests, those with mobility issues, or anyone carrying luggage. 3. There is a continuous humming noise in the room even after everything has been switched off. Some of the light bulbs in both bedroom and bathroom are flicking continuously give one a headache. 4. Our request for replenishment of amenities was met with surprise. We were told that they usually charge for the provision of teabags and sugar in the rooms. This was totally surprising. 5. The attitude of one of the reception staff is astonishing. All our requests were met with a grunt and when we asked for some soap were told to make do with the shower gel provided! Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in both management and infrastructure to provide guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay. Its current state does it great disservice as the hotel is conveniently located for the small port and its decor looks very modern.

We booked the hotel to stay a night in Kavala on our way back from Corfu. The rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh cookies with lemon and mastic were given as a gift and also complimentary wine was left in the rooms. Even most 5-star hotels do not provide such a service. The staff is cheerful and very helpful. Thank you. Ps. Free parking space is provided

我们带着孩子和妈妈一起住在这里。大家都很满意。对于这样一个面向如此广泛年龄段的机构，我不会写太多评论。这里干净整洁，停车方便，接待人员服务周到，房间里有茶点，泳池很安静……我还会再来的。
