Overall very good . Room was very cold but clean . It’s close to the interstate so a bit noisy with cars passing at night . Staff and service very good .

Quick one-night stay on our way to Florida
Room was very clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Ice maker on our floor was out of service. Super great location. Tons of great restaurants only blocks away.

I booked online a king suite so we would have two rooms and get to the hotel and get told we overbooked the king suites so we have two queens.
Unacceptable. And the girl at the desk was not nice about it.

The breakfast staff was amazing. I cant remember the lady's name who was working the morning of our departure, but she cared about the customers and was very friendly and kind.

Pros: Great check in, comfy bed and great shower.
Cons: The two ottomans, the couch and the headboard in our room had *fluid* stains. Sticky drink cup rings on the side tables. Side chairs starting to get dark from grime on the arms. Outdoor pools needs a vaccuuming. Food & drinks were very substandard.
Basically the reasons we chose this hotel over others ended up not being worth the extra money versus other nearby hotels.
