This is my favorite red roof I have ever stayed at and my preferred staying location when visiting this area! Staff is always friendly Reema & Bridget at the front desk were such a delight! Always hit coffee and creamer for guests and it is always clean and quiet! A safe location and amazing price. I will always stay at this location when I am in town visiting!

Had inconsiderate people talking loudly in the hall waking us up and the toilet needs to have the water intake replaced, had to keep taking off the lid to juggle the intake arm for it to fill. Other than that, everything all good and large fluffy pillows were nice.staff was great.

Our family booked four rooms to meet in Palm Coast for Labor Day weekend. The front desk receptionist are friendly, polite and professional. I gave that experience high rating. Your Hotel Rooms are horrible! They smell, flooring not clean, electrical outlets don’t work! Something needs to be done in your hotel rooms, they are unsanitary.

Red Roof should offer breakfast as many motels now do.
Coffee at Palm Coast was awful ... like drain water and very very very weak

I've stayed at this same Red Roof location 3 times and the staff is nice, everythjng is clean for the most part. Only thing i thought is that the landscape could be freshened up a little bit. Otherwise, 5/5 hotel

The room smelled like an ashtray the moment I walked through the door. I called front desk and was told housekeeping would take care of it and they never did. The air conditioner worked poorly as well.
