Wonderful staff and clean room. The hotel did an amazing job. Fresh clean towels. Hot showers, clean bed.
TV would stop working and the Front desk told us how to reboot it. A few loud doors, that I don’t feel should have any bearing on the staff but, overall a very well kept hotel.

Great place to stay for High Point Market. Clean, nice, friendly, good breakfast options. Easy HPMKT bus route. A few fast food options near by, and even just a 3min walk to a Mom and Pop BBQ place, Clark's BBQ.

This hotel is very clean, stylish and updated with a great location. We stayed here for parents weekend at High Point University, because we were a little late in booking. It’s only an 18 minute drive to campus and the price is right. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they have a breakfast in the morning. We never went to it but that adds some value to the stay. They have a coffee machine that’s 24/7 I would stay here again.

Located within 20 minutes of Highpoint University, made move-in weekend easy. Rooms were big enough to accommodate our family of five comfortably.

Room was spotless, pool was open and clean. The hot continental breakfast was actually really solid.
The biscuits and gravy paired with bacon, eggs and sausage was my go to while my daughter was a pancake and cinnabon monster.
Thr tv channels would go out every few hours, one day it was out the entire day but it wasnt that big of a deal. The wifi wouls cut out evey few hours as well...not sure if they have a connection issue but it would be nice if they uograded their internet equipment.
There were a few times I went to the front desk to ask a question but nobody was there. I waited in the lobby for a few minutes but still nobody. It was kinda slow during my stay so maybe the front desk agents were working in the office preparing for the day/evening.
Overall it was nearly a perfect stay and I will definitely use this hotel in the future.
