Parking was satisfactory but every entrance door on Level 1 from the outside had a rock jammed into the door jamb so that the doors were accessible by anyone from the street. NOT ACCEPTABLE when there are card scanners in place that should keep these entry doors secured.
The bathtub caulking and door frames had black mold and there was a stained / moldy ceiling tile over the shower. There was an access panel behind the toilet that was obviously just cut into the sheetrock with a saw and was only held 'closed' by the plastic waste can in the restroom.
The toilet refill / overflow mechanism ran LOUDLY every 15 or so minutes all night long, so that it was impossible to sleep for any length of time.

Only issue we had was when we arrived room wasn’t clean yet, took them 30 min to get it cleaned. Overall great place to stay.

They are renovating the property but the upgrade work being done is very sloppy looking. I would think they’d like it to look more professional.

The TV was hung on the wall crooked. There was no remote in the room. The AC did not cool. And there was a roach infestation. Literally crawling all over the floor and onto our bags. The fridge also wasn’t cooling.

Biggest issue was no housekeeping for the stay. Notice only posted next to desk on small sheet that you must call to request. Bathroom supplies were a bar of soap nothing else and again had to go to desk and request

It was ok but it was an ant in my bed and spiders crawling around. Saw dust behind the bed. The wall was warped and the walls was very dirty.
