Only issue we had was when we arrived room wasn’t clean yet, took them 30 min to get it cleaned. Overall great place to stay.

They are renovating the property but the upgrade work being done is very sloppy looking. I would think they’d like it to look more professional.

The TV was hung on the wall crooked. There was no remote in the room. The AC did not cool. And there was a roach infestation. Literally crawling all over the floor and onto our bags. The fridge also wasn’t cooling.

Biggest issue was no housekeeping for the stay. Notice only posted next to desk on small sheet that you must call to request. Bathroom supplies were a bar of soap nothing else and again had to go to desk and request

It was ok but it was an ant in my bed and spiders crawling around. Saw dust behind the bed. The wall was warped and the walls was very dirty.

Room and a horrible smell, shower curtains were dirty, doors that were supposed to only open with key card were not functioning and wouldn’t lock

Good for a solo business trip
It was what I needed. An economical place to stay while in town for work. Everything in the room worked and was clean. Build quality not good but not much expected. Slightly dingy feel overall. Wouldn’t mind doing it again but not somewhere I would stay on vacation with family.
