The food was restaurant quality. Not your average toast and coffee breakfast. I was truly impressed! The rooms were so well organized and clean. I was truly sad to leave. Kids had a great time. I cannot think of a single thing wrong in my stay. The staff was kind and welcoming. I really appreciate the gentleman at the front desk when I arrived he answered all my questions and offered some complementary toiletries that I forgot and the hotel had in stock. The bed was comfortable and the sheets felt amazing. This hotel set a whole new standard to which other Hotels will be compared to from now on. Thank you to all the staff working from check in to checking out. Truly amazing experience.

Washcloth left on showerhead. Desk staff not very engaging. Fried eggs for breakfast were dry, rubbery and not hot. Parking was great, but our keycards did not reliably open outside doors.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay here! The one thing I didn't love, was the fact that the air conditioner didn't work as well at night, something about being on eco mode or something. I personally sleep better when it's really cold, which made Sleeping difficult because the room would get humid and warm at night.I ended up buying a little fan from Costco

The breakfasts are outstanding. They had amazing homemade biscuits and gravy for my last morning. I went to the Happy Hour one night, and the food was so good I didn't need dinner. The young man serving wine was so friendly, and so were the check-in staff, especially Graciela, whom I see every time I come here.

Really enjoyed our stay rooms were clean. A hotel was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast it had a great variety of different things which was good. Coffee was always good. The only negative thing that I have to say is you could hear people running around upstairs, such as children even late in the evening, which was extremely distracting When you’re trying to sleep and get up early.. other than that or stay was great
